Teacher7 ("we", "us", or "our") operates an AI-powered study companion for people working and studying. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use our website, dashboard, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By using Teacher7, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Account information. When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form). If you choose Telegram delivery, we may collect your Telegram username.

Course material. When you upload PDFs or other study documents, we process the content to generate lessons, quizzes, podcasts, and related study outputs.

Preferences. We store settings such as your daily study time, learning style, delivery channel (email or Telegram), and subscription plan.

Usage data. We collect information about how you interact with the Service — pages visited, features used, quiz responses, and device or browser type — to improve reliability and performance.

Payment information. Subscriptions are processed by third-party payment providers. We receive transaction references and billing status, not your full card details.

Communications. If you contact us or subscribe to updates, we keep a record of those messages.

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account, including email verification
• Generate personalised lessons and exam-style quizzes from your uploaded material
• Deliver daily study content by email or Telegram, based on your preferences
• Process subscriptions, invoices, and billing support

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your course material to train public AI models without your consent.

Teacher7 uses artificial intelligence to analyse your uploaded material and produce study content. Your documents may be sent to AI infrastructure providers for processing. We instruct providers to handle data only to deliver the Service and apply reasonable contractual safeguards where available.

AI-generated content is for study support only. It may contain errors and should not be treated as official course, exam, or professional advice.

We may share information with:

• Service providers — hosting, email delivery, Telegram messaging, payment processing, analytics, and AI processing partners
• Legal requirements — when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to continued protection of your data

We require processors to use data only for the purposes we specify.

We retain your account data while your account is active. Course material and generated content are kept for as long as needed to provide the Service or as required by law. You may delete courses or request account deletion; some data may remain in backups for a limited period.

Billing and transaction records may be retained longer for accounting, tax, and legal compliance.

We use technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure password storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
